All papers must be written in English with clear and concise language. Professional proofreading is recommended.
Papers must be submitted in PDF format only, with no security settings or password protection applied.
Maximum of 8 pages (including figures, tables, and references). Extra pages (up to 3) may be purchased.
Papers must use the official conference template. Submissions not following the template will not be reviewed.
Any papers not fulfilling the author guidelines will not be processed. It is the obligation of the authors to ensure all sources used in the research are properly referenced. Papers with any kind of plagiarism will be systematically rejected.
Note: INDIB'26 uses advanced plagiarism detection software to check all submissions.
All submissions must be made through the CMT conference management system. Please follow these steps to submit your paper:
Prepare your paper according to the template and guidelines
Create an account on the CMT system if you don't already have one
Log in and locate the INDIB'26 conference submission page
Enter paper details, keywords, and abstract in the required fields
Upload your paper in PDF format
Review and confirm your submission
